Asked Questions
How many hours will I need?
We will advise you on the most suitable package during the initial consultation, based on the list of items that you will be looking to get done on a monthly basis! We can also start on a lower package, track progress and adjust the package down the line if necessary.
Who will I be working with?
You will have a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact and they will oversee the processes, plans and billing. You will also have a project manager working behind the scenes arranging for the day to day tasks to be defined, reviewed and delivered on time by the art director and senior designers assigned to your project.
What billing options do you offer and can I cancel anytime?
You can pay by a card or by bank transfer (international or local). There is no minimum term for the engagement and you can cancel anytime, the subscription simply will not renew once the final month is over.
What project management tools do you use?
We use ClickUp for our internal processes and for time tracking, so we can invite multiple members of your team to the ClickUp board and manage everything there. We can also join other project management tools that you are already using if you prefer.
