We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance our clients’ digital experiences, with a strong emphasis on data science, machine learning, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for personalization and prediction
- Develop and deploy AI agents using LLMs and vector databases
- Create conversational AI interfaces and chatbots using OpenAI and other LLM technologies
- Build data pipelines for customer behavior analysis and automation
- Implement RAG systems for content personalization
- Fine-tune large language models for specific client use cases
- Develop predictive analytics solutions to improve conversion rates
- Integrate AI solutions with clients’ existing systems
- Collaborate with our design and development teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Python programming skills with data science focus
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI API, LangChain, Haystack)
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Understanding of NLP and conversational AI development
- Knowledge of data processing and ETL pipelines
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation
- Background in implementing predictive analytics solutions
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
Desirable Qualifications
- Basic frontend development knowledge (JavaScript/React)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Background in conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Portfolio of AI implementation projects
