Passionate Agency is a branding, web, graphic design, CRO, and AI services agency looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be driving lead generation for both the agency and our B2B Martech AI offering, both targeting the same audience. We are looking for a results-driven marketer with an ABM-first mindset who can manage the full lead generation cycle for high-value B2B services — from strategy and content-led outreach to qualified meeting booking. This role is focused on generating and booking qualified meetings; it does not involve holding sales calls. The ideal candidate has strong experience running account-based B2B campaigns for tech, SaaS, or professional services companies, with LinkedIn as a primary channel, and is highly comfortable using AI-native tools and automation in day-to-day work.

This is a fully remote position, and applications from around the world are welcome. Candidates should be able to work during US and/or UK business hours.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Design and lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value prospects shared across both the agency and our Martech AI offering
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with LinkedIn Ads as the primary channel, including LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, supported by Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Build and improve full-funnel lead generation systems, combining inbound, outbound, and content-led approaches
  • Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, including list building, enrichment, audience segmentation, and qualification
  • Help shape brand voice and thought leadership positioning, and identify the right organic content and distribution strategy to support ABM efforts (content creation itself is not required)
  • Promote thought leadership content through paid and organic channels to warm target accounts within ABM campaigns
  • Own the funnel through to qualified meeting booking for both brands (handoff to the sales team for the actual call)
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and cost-per-lead
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance across CPL, CAC, reply rates, booking rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate with content, design, CRO, and business development teams on messaging, ad creatives, landing pages, and related assets
  • Conduct audience, competitor, and channel research to identify new lead generation opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and emerging channels
  • Support SEO efforts, including keyword research and organic growth opportunities
  • Build or improve AI-assisted workflows for outreach, personalization, lead management, and reporting
  • Stay up to date with relevant trends in B2B marketing, LinkedIn-led demand generation, and AI-powered marketing automation

Requirements

  • Native or near-native (C1+) English knowledge
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven track record generating high-quality leads for high-value B2B engagements
  • Experience working with tech, SaaS, or professional services companies
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads (primary), plus working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or multichannel outbound
  • Understanding of how brand voice and thought leadership content can support ABM and demand generation
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation for long sales cycles and high-value engagements
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their role in B2B lead generation
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager)
  • Experience with A/B testing across ads, offers, messaging, landing pages, and outreach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
  • Experience targeting B2B clients in the US market
  • AI-Native Capabilities: AI-native capability is a major advantage in this role. We’re especially interested in candidates who already use AI as part of their daily workflow rather than as an occasional add-on. We are looking for an AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using tools such as:
    • Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based tools for content and campaign ideation
    • n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
    • Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding/workflow tools
    • AI-powered copywriting, research, personalization, and reporting tools
    • Building automated workflows for prospecting, outreach, and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a design, development, or marketing agency
  • Experience marketing a SaaS or software product alongside services
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms
  • LinkedIn Marketing and/or Google Ads certifications
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
  • Experience with retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models
  • Experience building automated reporting or lead nurturing workflows using n8n, Claude Code or similar tools
