Frequently asked questions

In contrast to typical agencies, where you are billed by the hour or a fixed amount for a project specification, our unlimited packages give you access to a full-time or part-time (top 0.5%) senior resource for a month with complete flexibility to manage the tasks they work on on a daily basis. The “resource” can also alternate between senior specialists within the service area according to the tasks. For example, within the Grow packages, you can request design, video and web development deliverables, and while you might only have 1 resource (so 2 separate tasks cannot be worked on at the same time by 2 separate resources, and one task will need to be paused for the other to progress), this 1 resouce can still alternate between senior designers, developers and motion graphics specialists. This essentially means that even with 1 worksteam, or 1 resource, you still get the skills diversity of an entire team.

This mode of operation is ideal for iterative and fast-paced creative, marketing, and product teams that require high-quality deliverables across a broad spectrum of services with a fast turnaround.

The packages are also ideal for medium to large-scale multidimensional projects that might require the combination of multiple Grow, Optimize, and Innovate packages. For these kinds of projects, our packages work out to be multiple times more cost-efficient than comparable quality traditional agency estimates, which often “price the client” instead of the project.

The packages can also be used for fixed-term, smaller engagements, such as a small website redesign and rebuild, or a branding project that lasts 1 or 2 months.

Most of our clients are growth-stage and enterprise businesses with 50+ employees in the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU.

You’ll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact who coordinates your requests across our team. Depending on your subscription, you’ll work with senior designers, developers, motion graphics artists, UX researchers, CRO specialists, or AI engineers—all within the top 0.5% of talent in their fields.

Both plan types offer the same level of service and unlimited requests. Monthly plans offer maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment, while quarterly plans provide a 25% discount. Both can be canceled with no hidden fees—your subscription simply won’t renew for the following period.

Yes, we offer flexible hourly packages ranging from 1 to 16 hours per month for projects that don’t require unlimited service. These packages are perfect for maintenance, small updates, or occasional creative needs. Our hourly packages include:

  • 1-hour package ($187/month)

  • 4-hour package ($599/month)

  • 8-hour package ($1,199/month)

  • 16-hour package ($2,399/month)

All hourly packages provide access to the same senior talent as our unlimited subscriptions and can be used across design, UX optimization, or AI services depending on your specific needs. Quarterly commitments for hourly packages also receive a 25% discount.

We believe in complete flexibility with no hidden commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting your dedicated project manager. There are no cancellation fees or penalties—your subscription simply won’t renew for the following billing period. For monthly plans, you’ll have access until the end of your current month. For quarterly plans, you’ll maintain access until the end of your paid quarter. All your assets, designs, and deliverables remain fully yours after cancellation, and we’re happy to provide any transition assistance you might need.

Our focus is on providing expertise and implementation rather than licensing third-party tools. As a general rule, if the software is paid and serves as an input to our service (such as A/B testing platforms, development API costs, or specialized AI services), clients are responsible for those licenses. We’re happy to recommend appropriate tools based on your needs and budget, and our team is experienced with most industry-standard platforms. For implementation services like setting up or configuring tools, that work is included in your subscription. We can also help you evaluate which tools would be most cost-effective for your specific objectives.

Yes, absolutely. While our service lists are comprehensive, we understand that digital needs often extend beyond standard categories. If your request relates to the expertise within your chosen package (design, UX optimization, or AI implementation), our senior specialists can likely accommodate it. For example, though we don’t specialize in Wix development, our design team can make updates using the Wix editor within the Grow package. Simply ask about your specific requirements, and we’ll transparently assess if we can deliver the high-quality results you expect. Our goal is to be flexible while maintaining our premium quality standards.

Yes, we provide comprehensive documentation and training for all implemented solutions, whether they’re websites, design systems, or AI applications. Our goal is to ensure your team can effectively utilize and manage the deliverables.

If you’d like to learn more, please book a consultation call. If you’re ready to start, select your preferred package (Grow, Optimize, or Innovate), complete the checkout process, and we’ll schedule a kick-off call to discuss your priorities and establish workflows immediately.

Web Design Agency

What is Web Design and What Does a Web Design Agency Do?

One of the questions that keep coming up in the world of entrepreneurs is whether investing in web design is worthwhile. And whether it’s worth hiring an expensive web design agency or a freelancer.

When you already have strong marketing, sales, and branding team, you start doubting whether spending money and effort on web design will change anything. After all, web design agencies can cost a fortune.

But trust us. Although it might not look as significant as other aspects of your business, a quality web design is not only advisable but pretty much mandatory.

Wondering why? Well, the answer is simple. A good web design increases your customer trust and helps you build a better connection. And once that is done, you can expect more purchase rates, stronger customer loyalty, and overall improvement of your brand identity.

Web Design Agency

The first digital natives are already reaching their 40s, showing how long we have lived, inseparable from technology and the internet.

And in this hyper-digitized world, building an online presence is essential, especially for businesses that want to grow brand awareness and promote their services. But how exactly do you create a website design that conveys the ideology of your brand correctly?

Unless web design is your work or passion, it’s best to leave such an important task to the best web designers. The safest approach would be to work with a web design agency that knows all the ins and outs of visual aestheticism, colour schemes, layouts, and intuitive UI/UX. But don’t confuse web design with web development.

Web design entails the creation of the user experience plan and all design assets that comprise the website: it is essentially a web design service.

But as web design and development are interrelated, it is generally best that the same team does both to avoid design misunderstandings. As a result, most web design agencies also provide front-end web development services.

Don’t worry though if you’re unfamiliar with the terms, we’ll explain everything one at a time:

What is User Experience?

User Experience or UX refers to describing the user’s overall experience of the website or application. A good UX is when the web page is pleasant, easy to use, and serves the website’s end goal.

For instance, if it’s eCommerce, the visitor’s end goal is to buy a product. However, if the UX is poor, the visitor might have trouble figuring out how to add the product to the cart or purchase it, eventually harming the business.

So the responsive website design company should make sure that your visitors can easily navigate your website without encountering any problems.

What is User Interface Design?

Along with the UX also comes the UI, which stands for User Interface. The UI is the graphical layout of the website or application, consisting of many different elements like text, images, entry fields, buttons, sliders, etc. In other words, everything that you see on the page, every micro-interaction you engage with, should be designed, and the UI developers are the ones doing it.

UI/UX is an essential part of web design, and a good web design agency should be able to craft a website with a clean interface, a responsive web design, a pleasant experience and one that achieves the main objectives.

What are Greyscale Wireframes?

If you start working with a web design agency, you might come across the term “greyscale wireframe”. What exactly is it, and why do you need it during the design process?

To understand what greyscale wireframes are, let’s understand what wireframes are in general. Wireframes allow visualising the skeleton of your website or digital application before you start to design or develop it. It is like a draft version of your design. It demonstrates what elements will exist on your webpage and what layout it will have.

Greyscale wireframes or grayscale mockups are black, white, and grey renderings of the product. They are the logical evolution of the UX Wireframes. With greyscale wireframes, you can focus on the individual elements of your future web design and see what will work and what will not.

Web design agencies will provide the greyscale wireframes during the first stages of the design so that you can give feedback on the draft and suggest improvements or changes.

What is Responsive Web Design?

The term responsive web design refers to the approach of web design where the website adapts to different window sizes and screens. In the age where mobile traffic is growing day by day, this is a pretty important aspect. You don’t want your entire website to collapse into awkwardly large pieces when someone accesses it from their smartphone or iPad.

Your website will automatically match your visitor’s screen sizes with responsive web design and stay intuitive whether your user is accessing from a mobile device or desktop.

A modern web design agency will offer responsive web design services to their clients. Google will penalise non-responsive websites, and it has many advantages over the other models.

Bringing Creative Website Designs to Life

There are several options for how a web design company can bring the design to life. Here are the most popular ones.

WordPress

The easiest way to start a website? WordPress. And there’s no doubt about it.

Let’s take a look at the statistics. According to the W3Tech statistics, 65.1% of websites with a recognisable CMS (content management system) are powered by WordPress. In other words, 42.8% of all websites on the internet use WordPress.

But why do so many bloggers and website owners trust WordPress and choose it as their go-to? There should be a good reason for WordPress’ popularity.

And the truth is that WordPress deserved its status as the best CMS for a couple of reasons. WordPress is:

  • Easy and fast for development
  • Affordable for development
  • Effortlessly maintained
  • Easily expanded with new features
  • Easily marketed and promoted

It is all that a business can need. Let’s take a look at all of the features separately:

1. Easy and Fast to Develop

Think of a Content management system (CMS) as a bunch of premade code that gives the website structure. Also, it organises its files quicker.

Any website or app is just a bunch of code files stored on a server, and a CMS makes it quicker to create those code files and define their interdependencies!

Having started as simple blogging software, allowing to build pages and create blog posts quickly, WordPress has expanded rapidly since. Now, WordPress includes user account functionalities, a user-friendly admin panel, and access to thousands of plugins and themes!

And when development is made so straightforward, it also becomes pretty fast, allowing WordPress programmers to build a website from scratch in a very short period of time.

2. Affordable for development

Another reason why WordPress is such a popular choice is its price. Or essentially the absence of price: WordPress is open-source and free to use.

This means anyone can start working with WordPress without spending a penny.

Of course, there are certain things you should pay for if you eventually want your website to go live. At least you’ll need to secure your website’s hosting and domain name, which will cost you some money, as WordPress does not offer it by default.

Plus, the best WordPress themes and plugins are usually the paid ones, meaning that if you want to take your website to the next level, you’ll probably have to pay for it. However, even with these extra costs and add-ons, WordPress stays as one of the most affordable solutions available online.

It will save you or your initial business investments for the development process, and you’ll still have a professional website that meets all the requirements of the modern digital world.

3. Easy to Maintain

Now not only is a WordPress website pretty cheap for development, but it also does not cost much to maintain one.

As we’ve mentioned, WordPress itself is free of charge. However, the additional aspects, such as hosting or domain name, without which you can’t run your website, have their costs. It’s up to you whether you decide to go with a dedicated server hosting that costs hundreds of dollars or a shared one. And it’s also up to you to choose which themes and plugins you will use to ensure your website’s security, SEO optimisation, and overall state.

But let’s assume you do pay for the plugins, hosting, and everything else. Still, according to our estimates, you can easily maintain an average-sized website for $450 per year.

4. Easily expanded with new features

With WordPress, it’s also pretty easy to scale up your website. All you need to do is look for the plugins and the themes. And the good news is that WordPress is full of them.

You can find anything you need in the WordPress Plugin Directory. For instance, maybe after some time, you realise that your website traffic is growing, and you suddenly have hundreds of customers interested in a membership for your service.

What do you do? You go to the Plugin Directory and find a membership plugin to convert some part of your website into a community. And that’s only one of the million examples you can scale your website using WordPress plugins and themes.

5. Easily marketed and promoted

Finally, WordPress websites are easy to market and promote. And that’s what makes them such a popular choice among business owners. One thing is for sure, WordPress is excellent for SEO, and it has been proven time and time again. This means your websites have a high chance of ranking on the top of the SERPs if you do your job well.

This said, of course, WordPress is not the only option. If you find out that WordPress does not work well for your business, you can try a bunch of alternatives. We have picked the two of the most popular ones here.

Webflow

Another popular CMS that web designers love is Webflow. Using cloud technology, Webflow, just like WordPress, allows building websites without writing lines of code.

The reason why some prefer Webflow over WordPress is that it offers website design services providers slightly more advanced options. Page builder plugins like Elementor offer almost the same design flexibility, whereas, in Webflow, more advanced animation effects are possible. Additionally, in Webflow, the web design is clean-coded in HTML, CSS and JS.

So if you change your mind about the CMS later, you can export the code and use it elsewhere. Platforms like Webflow and Shopify are also zero maintenance – they take care of updates themselves. In WordPress, you are responsible for keeping your website’s themes and plugins up to date.

Here are some of the pros and cons of the platform you should consider before choosing it.

Webflow Pros

  • Easy drag-and-drop page builder
  • A very intuitive editor
  • Good for eCommerce sites
  • Reusable CSS classes
  • Ability to publish directly to the web
  • Zapier integration
  • Ability to create scroll-based animations
  • Easier workflow with Flexbox
  • Unlimited customisation options

Webflow Cons

  • Not that easy to learn: Webflow is not really for absolute beginners. If you have never engaged in website design or web development before, it might be hard for you to figure out how to use the platform. However, it’s not impossible. If you put your mind to it, you can learn how to use Webflow with the help of their video tutorials and how-to articles.
  • Price: Webflow is not open-source like WordPress or Woocommerce, so if you’re tight on budget, it might be a little too expensive for you.

Now, let’s move on to the next option, which is:

Shopify

For those who want to create an online store, Shopify is one of the most convenient solutions. It’s an ecommerce platform that allows you to create a professional online shop quickly and easily. Just like bloggers opt for WordPress, the online store creators go for Shopify. It is both a good choice for beginners and ecommerce experts.

So if you want to take your business to the next level by opening a digital store, Shopify has a lot to offer. But of course, like any other platform, it has its advantages and drawbacks. Let’s skim through the main ones:

Shopify Pros

  • Elegant themes: Shopify offers many professionally designed themes to help you create the exact website appearance you wish. These responsive website design themes are available in the Theme Store and will be a good match for any industry, be that clothing, sportswear, jewellery, art, etc.
  • Flexibility: Once you build your store, you can redesign it or arrange it according to your needs. When your shop starts to grow, the variety of Shopify’s tools will come in handy for offering better customer service, shipping, reporting, or improving your own experience by getting a higher social media presence, better marketing, and so on. Eventually, Shopify allows you to automate your entire ecommerce business.
  • High speed and security: Security and speed are the most critical aspects of any online store. You don’t want to lose conversions because your page took too long to load. You also don’t want to endanger your customers’ security by making it easy for hackers to access their credit card credentials. The best part with Shopify is that it ensures that none of these happens with its high level of speed and security.
  • 24/7 Support: Finally, if any questions arise regarding the platform, Shopify’s customer care team is always there to help you out. You can also browse their extensive database of FAQs that help a lot during the troubleshooting.

Shopify Cons

  • The AMP feature and most of the extended SEO features are available only with the paid additional plugins.
  • It’s not easy to export your blog posts.
  • Shopify does not allow your customers to use more than one discount.
  • The pricing structure is not the best one. Apart from the monthly charges, it also requires a transaction fee.
  • In case you want to customize your website, Shopify will demand knowledge of code, which might be a little too complicated for beginners.

Summing up

As you see, website design and development is not as simple as it may seem. That’s why it’s important to choose the right web designers and the best web design company in London or anywhere in the world.

Whether you need web design services for small business or large business, you can easily find your best fit through many sources. Once you find the right web design agency, your website design is definitely going to be successful.

We also provide unlimited premium graphic design, video, and website development services to businesses around the world including:
